• Order Data: Target public profile/post links, selected quantities, and delivery progress.
• Payment Proofs: Payment transaction codes, sending account identifier, and uploaded screenshot files.
• Technical Data: IP address and user agent logged automatically by hosting infrastructure for security.

2. Purpose of Collection

We use this information exclusively to:

• Manually verify incoming eSewa and Wise funds against submitted order slips.
• Submit fulfillment requests to upstream providers for approved orders.
• Deliver status notifications and communicate with you regarding order issues or refunds.
• Protect our platform against payment fraud, duplicate submissions, and malicious bots.

3. Retention & Screenshot Deletion

Payment proof screenshots are stored in private storage accessible only to administrators via time-limited signed URLs. Completed order screenshots are permanently purged after 30 days. Order metadata (transaction ID, order code, amount, and timestamp) is retained solely for tax compliance and accounting purposes.

4. Third-Party Processors & No Selling of Data

We never sell, rent, or monetize your personal details or order links. We share only necessary service dispatch parameters (target link and quantity) with upstream API providers to fulfill your order. Your email, payment screenshots, and identifiers are never shared with providers.

5. Your Rights & Deletion Requests
