1. Service Description & Model

SMM Nepal provides social media growth reseller services for platforms including Instagram and TikTok. By submitting an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Our core operational model is manual payment verification. We do not use automated payment gateways or store credit cards. You pay our official accounts directly via eSewa (Nepal) or Wise (International) and submit payment proof. We manually verify transactions before initiating any service delivery.

2. Verification & Start Time

Orders are reviewed and verified manually. Delivery commences within 24 hours of payment confirmation. The time required for full completion depends strictly on the speed of the selected service package (for example, organic slow follower packages deliver 30–70 followers per day).

3. Public Account & Link Requirements

You are strictly responsible for providing a valid, full HTTPS link to your profile or post. The account must remain public from the moment an order is placed until delivery is fully completed. We cannot deliver to private accounts, and orders sent to private or incorrectly formatted links are non-refundable once approved and processed.

4. Drops & Refill Policy

Social media platforms routinely update their algorithms and purge inactive accounts. We categorize services transparently into:

• Refill Services: Packages explicitly labeled with a refill guarantee period (e.g. 30 days). If drops exceed the threshold during the guarantee window, reach out with your order code for a free manual refill.
• Non-Refill Services: Economy packages that carry no refill guarantee. We do not provide refills, partial compensations, or refunds for natural drops on non-refill services once marked complete.

5. Payment Integrity & Fraud Prevention

Every transaction is verified against our live mobile and banking ledgers. Fabricating payment screenshots, submitting recycled transaction IDs, or filing chargebacks for verified delivered services will lead to permanent account termination and reporting to appropriate payment fraud databases.

6. Passwords & Account Security

SMM Nepal will never ask for your social media account passwords. If anyone claiming to represent us asks for login credentials, do not share them and notify support immediately.

7. Platform Terms & Disclaimer

SMM Nepal is an independent marketing service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, TikTok, ByteDance, or any social platform. Purchasing growth packages may conflict with certain platform terms; you utilize these services at your own discretion and risk.
